5. Billing and plans
Pricing, subscription structures, and trial terms may change over time. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, paid access is provided according to the pricing presented at the time of purchase or in a direct agreement with the customer.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, although we aim to provide a reliable service experience.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faith Translate is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on automated outputs.
